Career planning and development of associates is done systematically at CMA. There is a well established HR department, which takes care of all HR functions – viz.:- Recruitment & selection, Induction, Training, Performance Management & Career Planning and Development.
The associates are encouraged to upgrade their knowledge skills on a continuous basis, sponsorship, distance learning. In-house seminars, self training activities are conducted to promote learning culture. Performance is the criteria for Promotion, Compensation & other benefits.
